Reliance Properties has been advancing the work on a rezoning application for a project located at the intersection on Eighth St and Carnarvon St. The project consists of a 44 storey residential tower with 469 units, 6 CRU's with a total of 10,000sf of retail along Eighth St with outdoor patio space, a hotel with 145 rooms fronting Carnavon, and a dog park on the intersection of Blackie and Agnes St.
